Job Description:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for CNC machines, manual machining equipment, paint booths, compressors, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize disruption.
- Manage vendor relationships for specialized repairs, inspections, and facility services.
- Oversee facility-related projects, including equipment installation, layout changes, and upgrades.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and supplies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems (CMMS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, machining processes, and industrial systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Experience in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards
- Experience working with overhead cranes, large assemblies, and heavy equipment
- Technical certification or degree in maintenance, engineering, or related field
