This role works closely with executive stakeholders to define business needs, analyze complex problems, and recommend practical business and technical solutions.
The position requires deep experience working with government organizations, strong analytical capability, and the ability to guide leadership and agency staff through structured project and portfolio management practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide executive-level stakeholders using industry standards within the assigned discipline or technical specialization
- Consult with leadership to define business needs or problems and translate them into actionable solutions
- Conduct research, studies, and surveys to collect data required for analysis and decision-making
- Perform detailed audits and analyses to identify obstacles, risks, and inefficiencies
- Analyze data to determine appropriate solutions, including changes to methods, procedures, or services
- Advise department heads on alternative approaches and recommend specific solutions
- Provide mentoring and guidance to agency personnel and leadership
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and reporting activities
- Project management experience with a minimum of 10 years
- Experience providing consulting services to governmental entities
- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong experience with project management methodologies aligned to PMBOK, preferably Waterfall or Kanban
- Proficient experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Enhanced background check required
