The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, detail oriented, and experienced in customer-facing coordination, documentation, and process management.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with agency customers to gather and document business requirements in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Gather, prepare, and submit documentation to required security, legal, and administrative approvers
- Meet with stakeholders including legal, business, and security teams to support timely processing and approvals
- Review, interpret, and provide input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documents
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure clear communication of Commonwealth requirements and cloud-use documentation where required
- Research whether existing Commonwealth solutions meet documented business needs
- Provide guidance to customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and procedures
- Track and manage a backlog of approval requests from intake through resolution
- Facilitate requests for additional information that arise during the approval process
- Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter resource for agency and delivery center staff
- 2 years full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (formal PM title not required)
- 3 years full-time experience in a customer-facing role
- 1 year of experience in vendor management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Equipment must be picked up and returned onsite
- Remote role with limited mandatory onsite presence
