Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time
Location: Pryor, OK
Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour
Axis HealthCare is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Pryor, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:
- Room and prepare patients for their appointments
- Take and record vital signs
- Draw blood and collect specimens
- Prepare examination rooms for providers
- Administer injections and IV infusions
- Follow provider instructions and established clinical procedures
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license
- BLS Certification preferred
- Previous clinical or primary care experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
