Olympus Property is bringing on an Assistant Manager for their Millville, Delaware coastal community. This is a full operational support role, not a glorified leasing consultant title. You'll keep financial records tight, make sure every dollar collected gets deposited before bank close each day, and step into the property manager seat when the Business Manager is out. Delinquency tracking, move-out account statements, rent collection management: all of it runs through you.

You'll also stay close to the leasing floor. Inspecting make-readies before move-in, jumping in to show apartments when traffic warrants it, supporting resident retention events, and staying current on what's happening in the local sub-market are all part of the job. New construction nearby, hiring trends, competing communities running concessions: that kind of market awareness matters here and you're expected to bring it.

Resident-facing situations come up fast in this seat. A complaint lands at the front desk while you're reconciling receipts and a liability question hits your inbox at the same time. Comfort with that kind of context-switching, and knowing when to escalate to the Regional Manager versus handle it yourself, separates people who thrive in this role from those who burn out in it.

What You'll Need

• Prior onsite experience as an Assistant Manager or a cross-trained Leasing Consultant
• Working knowledge of RealPage, Knock, or Onesite preferred
• Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for after-hours resident events and the first weekend of each month
• Comfort handling confidential resident files and financial records with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail on collections, deposits, and move-out dispositions
  
  

Pay runs $23 to $24 per hour depending on experience and location, with monthly renewal and quarterly bonus incentives on top of base.
