- 5 years in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance
- HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Carpentry, drywall, and painting capability
- Exposure to complex mechanical systems (boilers, chillers, central plant) preferred
- OSHA and MSDS familiarity
- Supervisory or leadership experience, even informal, is a real advantage
- Comfort with technology platforms and Microsoft Office
