Job Title: Operations Intern
Job Type: Part Time
Location: Alpharetta. GA (On-site Required)
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary: The Operations Intern supports daily operations at the Atlanta Headquarters. This role provides hands-on experience in office management, vendor coordination, inventory processes, event support, and cross functional workflow. This person will work closely with the Operations Manager, maintain professionalism, and handle confidential information with discretion at all times.

$22 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations including organization, workspace readiness, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support scheduling needs, office logistics, and meeting preparation
- Help maintain inventory, shipping requests, and product allocation processes
- Provide event support for in office and community engagement events
- Track operational tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure smooth day to day flow
- Complete administrative tasks such as file organization, documentation, and data entry
- Uphold privacy and confidentiality regarding company operations, internal information, brand materials, and executive matters
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in operations, hospitality, office management, or business administration
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence
- Ability to multitask, follow direction, and maintain attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Positive attitude, resourceful, and eager to learn
