Key Responsibilities
- Gameday Operations:
- Assist with setup, staffing, credentialing, signage, and teardown for all home games and events.
- Event Management:
- Support planning and execution of Hustle-hosted events including tryouts, tournaments, training camps, and community engagements.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Help organize team travel, equipment, and facility scheduling.
- Venue & Vendor Relations:
- Liaise with stadium partners, vendors, and event staff to ensure smooth execution of all Hustle operations.
- Inventory & Equipment:
- Manage storage, transportation, and tracking of Hustle gear, signage, and supplies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain operations checklists, schedules, and game scripts to ensure seamless communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Event Management, or related field (must be eligible for course credit).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and game days as required.
- Professional demeanor and positive, team-first attitude.
Position Details
- Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – remote during the week; in-person for events and games)
- Term: Spring 2026 (January – May)
- Compensation: Unpaid / for academic course credit
- Availability: Must be available for all home games and select promotional events (February–August)
