Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant Intern to join our partner's Atlanta-based team during a pivotal moment of growth. This role is perfect for a creative self-starter who loves storytelling, social media, and hands-on brand building. You’ll help shape how consumers experience the brand online and in the real world and support campaigns that highlight our partner’s Caribbean roots and modern, vibrant spirit.
You’ll gain firsthand marketing experience inside a fast-paced craft spirits brand while working closely with our founders, field teams, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and event channels.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that reflects the partner’s voice, culture, and brand lifestyle.
- Support email marketing with design, copywriting, and performance tracking.
- Help coordinate tastings, pop-ups, brand activations, and partnership events throughout the Atlanta market.
- Track and report on engagement metrics — reach, impressions, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, product shots, videos, event photos, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with sales and distributor partners to ensure brand consistency across on-premise and off-premise placements.
- Research social, cultural, and lifestyle trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or content creation (internships count).
- Strong writing skills, creativity, and an eye for compelling visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media tools, Google Workspace, and Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for culture-driven brands, lifestyle marketing, and experiential engagement bonus points if you love the spirits world.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
