About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure coverage across the account base. You will coordinate touchpoints, keep quotes and programs moving, and step in directly where needed. You will partner with production, development, marketing, and our support team to deliver smooth outcomes. This role suits someone with promotional products experience who is organized, client focused, and confident driving projects from idea to delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and track outreach so every account receives consistent attention
- Build curated merchandise ideas and present concepts that fit brand, audience, budget, and timeline
- Prepare quotes and proposals with clean details for purchasing and production
- Manage online store initiatives including assortments, launches, refreshes, and promotions
- Oversee sophisticated store projects that may include inventory, allocations, kitting, and special packaging
- Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and production to improve store experience and sell through
- Monitor milestones, risks, and communications in HubSpot and keep stakeholders informed
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities across apparel, hard goods, kits, and events
- Document simple processes that reduce errors and speed up work
- Share know how with nearby reps and offer informal mentorship when accounts need extra care
What We’re Looking For
- Two to five years in promotional products or branded merchandise account management or sales
- Strength in merchandise ideation and translating concepts into executable plans
- Solid understanding of decoration methods, timelines, and quality checkpoints
- Clear written and verbal communication with a professional, service first tone
- Excellent organization and follow through across multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable with CRM and project tools, ideally HubSpot
- Local to Mahwah and comfortable working on site each workday
