We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing Cybersecurity organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with dynamic market demands, drive workforce planning, and enhance employee engagement while supporting a flexible and customer-driven operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders by understanding the evolving cybersecurity market landscape and aligning HR strategies to meet dynamic business and customer needs.
- Challenge existing HR policies and practices by applying innovative, outside-the-box thinking tailored to the unique demands of a growing cybersecurity organization.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, supporting a mix of contractors, service providers, and full-time employees to ensure flexible resourcing aligned with customer priorities.
- Provide insights on competitive compensation structures and career pathing, leveraging market trends and customer requirements to attract and retain top talent.
- Serve as a liaison between cybersecurity business teams and the broader HR organization, ensuring alignment while advocating for the unique needs of cybersecurity employees.
- Analyze workforce metrics, employee feedback, and performance data to identify trends impacting engagement and business outcomes, and recommend targeted interventions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to strengthen communication between HR, business leadership, and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting technology or cybersecurity teams
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and compensation strategies
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
