How You’ll Make a Difference

What You’ll Do
- Lead training, leadership development, and “new to position” programs that strengthen skills and confidence across the organization
- Partner with managers on recruiting, succession planning, and individual development to build strong teams for today and tomorrow
- Support a positive, respectful workplace by guiding employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Drive HR initiatives forward—measuring impact, improving processes, and delivering practical solutions that support the business
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-cycle HR Generalist, with a strong background in Employee Relations in a multi-site environment (experience in manufacturing, material handling, or industrial environments is strongly preferred!)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- The ability to influence, communicate clearly, and work effectively with people at all levels
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You’ll have the trust and support to make a real impact on people and culture
- You’ll work alongside honest, hardworking teammates who genuinely care about each other
