We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional for a substance use disorder treatment facility.

- Support, monitor, and interact with residents, providing positive role modeling.
- Maintain records of resident behaviors and actions; support clinical treatment plans.
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and supply organization tasks.
- Administer medications, monitor medication adherence, and respond to emergencies.
- Assist with life skills activities, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
- Collect urine specimens, administer breathalyzer tests, and provide basic first aid.
- Facilitate educational group activities and communicate effectively with external partners, maintaining confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or GED; related experience or college credits preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve independently, and work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of computer systems for documentation and communication.
- Physical ability to perform duties in a community-based environment, including outdoor activities.
