- Supporting, monitoring, and providing positive role modeling for residents within established policies.
- Recording observations, maintaining records, and reporting behaviors.
- Performing housekeeping, laundry, medication monitoring, and assisting with daily life skills.
- Providing emergency response, supporting clinical treatment plans, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Transporting residents, collecting specimens, and facilitating group activities.
- Administering basic first aid and assisting with meal preparation and life skills training.
- High School Diploma or GED required; related experience or coursework in social services preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet auto insurance requirements.
