Surgical Technologist

Role: Surgical Technician

Responsibilities: Assists the surgical team in preparing and maintaining sterile fields during procedures, passing instruments, supplies, and medications, and ensuring equipment readiness. Responsible for collecting data on surgical cases, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, transporting patients, and performing housekeeping duties. Ensures accurate counts of instruments, sponges, needles, and blades, and labels solutions correctly to support aseptic techniques. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: Surgical Technician certification, CPR/BLS certification, completion of accredited surgical technology program.
• Preferred: High School/GED, associate's/technical degree, scrub technician experience, operating room training, CNA certification.
