Role & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate home healthcare to patients of various acuity levels, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent cases.
- Assist with urgent clinical needs, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
- Support diverse shifts, including day, overnight, full-time, part-time, and weekends.
- Active, unencumbered LPN license.
- Current CPR certification (training assistance available after hire).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience but not required.
- Competitive pay range of $30-34/hour, based on case.
