Marketing Strategist Requirements:
- 5 years of experience leading digital marketing strategy within mortgage or financial services.
- Proven expertise across SEO, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and marketing automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platform integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in regulated, compliance-driven enterprise environments.
- Experience managing internal teams and/or external agencies with a metrics-driven mindset.
Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the strategic roadmap for SEO, ORM, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Develop and optimize enterprise SEO programs to improve organic visibility and borrower acquisition.
- Lead online reputation management strategy, including monitoring, response, and review generation.
- Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce-integrated marketing automation workflows and lifecycle programs.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with mortgage regulations, compliance standards, and brand governance.
