Professional Search Group OC is seeking a Temporary Credit Analyst to join our client's team. Our client, a well-established packaging manufacturer in Vernon, is seeking a Temporary Credit Analyst to support their finance team. This role will focus on credit review, account monitoring, and assisting with accounts receivable and collections.This position is covering a leave of absence until about March 2026.Credit Analyst ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze customer credit applications, financial statements, and payment history to determine creditworthiness.Recommend credit limits and terms in alignment with company policies.Monitor customer accounts for past-due balances, credit exposure, and risk indicators.Support daily Accounts Receivable functions, including cash application, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records.Conduct collections outreach via phone and email to resolve delinquent accounts.Investigate and resolve short-pays, disputes, and deductions in coordination with customer service and sales.Prepare aging reports, credit summaries, and other ad-hoc reporting as needed.Assist with month-end close activities related to AR and credit.Credit Analyst Qualifications2 years of experience in credit analysis, AR, or collections (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred).Bachelors Degree a plusStrong understanding of credit principles, financial analysis, and risk assessment.Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work onsite in Vernon, CA.Apply with Professional Search Group OC today!
