Credit Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team in Burbank, California. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage collections effectively, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
• Conduct collection calls and correspondence in a high-paced, goal-driven environment to ensure timely payments.
• Address customer inquiries related to collection matters and assist in resolving payment discrepancies.
• Take ownership of reducing delinquency balances for assigned accounts through effective communication and follow-up.
• Support the Accounts Receivable Department by performing additional tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and senior management to expedite the collection process when necessary.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the sales team regarding customer accounts to ensure timely resolutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis processes, particularly in commercial environments.
• Proven expertise in handling commercial collections and resolving payment issues.
• Familiarity with credit application procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
