The Project Manager oversees project estimating, planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and successful completion within budget and according to specifications. The Project Manager also defines project scope, manages resources, defines and mitigates risks, and communicates with stakeholders to drive profitable and successful outcomes. Project Manager responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing logistics and scheduling, and ensuring projects meet quality and regulatory standards. This role requires strong organizational and communication abilities to drive results and maintain high standards of efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage projects from inception to completion
· Attend project meetings and conduct regular job site visits
· Maintain and organize all project documentation
· Prepare and process: Invoices, Proposals, Subcontracts, Work orders & Change orders
· Track and report on RFIs, submittals, and project changes
· Review project documents for discrepancies or missing information
· Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, and material staging
· Troubleshoot delivery or logistics issues with field teams
· Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
· Ensure a safe and organized job site environment
· Distribute bid documents and solicit subcontractor proposals
· Perform quantity take-offs and obtain material pricing
· Attend pre-bid meetings and support bid preparation
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
· Monitor project budgets and control costs
· Prepare and track cost-to-complete reports
· Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks
· Develop and implement mitigation strategies
· Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
· Provide regular project updates and manage expectations
· Facilitate communication between office and field staff
· Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
· Maintain compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management within construction or related industry
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and expediting skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Fullerton, CA and travel to job sites as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong Excel and MS Project skills preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- PMP certification or formal project management training (a plus)
