Duties
- Respond swiftly to maintenance requests from residents
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, appliances
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Execute residential painting, electrical work, and mechanical repairs
- Assist with maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Vacant turns
- Snow Removal
- Small appliance repairs
- Drywall repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with residential painting techniques and general carpentry skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Appfolio software for work order management and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards
- On Call
