Regional Sales Manager – Western U.S.
Water & Wastewater Instrumentation
Location: Western United States (Remote)
Compensation: $125,000–$135,000 Base Uncapped Bonus
OTE: $140,000–$170,000
Our client, a growing and highly respected manufacturer in the water and wastewater instrumentation industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Western United States.

What You'll Do
- Manage and support independent manufacturers' representatives throughout the Western U.S.
- Drive sales growth within municipal water, wastewater, and industrial markets
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Build relationships with municipalities, utilities, engineers, operators, and channel partners
- Support rep firms through customer visits, presentations, product training, and opportunity development
- Identify and penetrate competitive incumbent accounts
- Manage multiple active opportunities and long sales cycles simultaneously
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Partner with operations, technical support, and leadership teams to ensure customer success
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in industrial, municipal, technical, or channel sales
- Experience working with manufacturers' representatives, distributors, or channel partners preferred
- Background in water/wastewater, instrumentation, industrial automation, process equipment, pumps, valves, controls, analytical equipment, environmental testing, or related industries
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High level of initiative, accountability, and customer focus
