Must Haves (Hard Requirements)
- Strong hands-on leadership experience with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems (non-negotiable)
- Experience managing industrial facilities / plant utilities in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management) and ammonia compliance programs
- Experience overseeing:
- Boilers
- Air Compressors
- HVAC Systems
- Water Pumps / Utilities Infrastructure
- Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Experience leading maintenance / refrigeration teams
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
- Ability to travel up to 25% as facilities expand

Shift Schedule
Mon–Fri normal manufacturing leadership hours. Must be flexible for off-hours calls, emergencies, plant issues, and occasional weekend support as needed.
