- Train & Develop: Deliver impactful training—both in-person and virtual—to strengthen consult skills across the network.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10 years of sales or training experience (dental industry a plus)
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams (2 years)
- Strong coaching, feedback, and motivational skills
- Ability to teach consultative sales processes and deliver impactful training
- Willingness to travel extensively
Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per year with on-target earnings potential 130,000
