Journeyman Electrician Foreman – Commercial Projects
Pay: $38–$50/hr
Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This role is hands-on, managing crews in the field while ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to code.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites
- Coordinate daily work, manpower, and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety standards
- Communicate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors
- Track progress and keep projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Electrician license
- Proven experience running commercial electrical projects
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and manage layout
- Solid knowledge of NEC and job site safety practices
- Reliable, organized, and able to drive results in the field
