Legal Administrative Assistant – Trusts & Estates
Join this established Trusts & Estates team as a Legal Assistant and be the organizational backbone of a high-performing group. You’ll support attorneys with client communications, scheduling, document preparation, e-filing, and estate plan management—all while delivering polished, professional service to our valued clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to contact for clients and coordinate meetings and filings
- Prepare legal documents, engagement letters, and estate binders
- Manage timesheets, billing, and expense reimbursements
- Support will signings as a notary/witness and maintain the Will Vault
- Keep matters on track using Asana and proactive follow-up
What You Bring:
- 1 years’ legal assistant experience in Trusts & Estates
- Detail-driven organization and strong MS Office skills
- Professional communication and client service mindset
- Initiative, flexibility, and a team-first attitude
