What You’ll Own and Lead:
- Supervise and develop a team of four accounting professionals, fostering accountability and professional growth
- Oversee key corporate accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany accounting
- Lead and optimize the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Manage complex intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
- Ensure proper accounting and reporting of fixed assets, capitalization, and depreciation
- Prepare and review consolidated financial reporting packages for the parent company
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and maintain a strong internal control environment
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and corporate leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Support external audits and serve as a key liaison with auditors
Key Requirements:
- Active CPA license (required)
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience within a global or multinational organization
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience
- Strong technical accounting expertise and financial reporting acumen
- Proven career stability and upward progression
