What You’ll Own and Lead:

• Supervise and develop a team of four accounting professionals, fostering accountability and professional growth
• Oversee key corporate accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany accounting
• Lead and optimize the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Manage complex intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Ensure proper accounting and reporting of fixed assets, capitalization, and depreciation
• Prepare and review consolidated financial reporting packages for the parent company
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and maintain a strong internal control environment
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and corporate leadership to support strategic initiatives
• Support external audits and serve as a key liaison with auditors

Key Requirements:

• Active CPA license (required)
• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience within a global or multinational organization
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience
• Strong technical accounting expertise and financial reporting acumen
• Proven career stability and upward progression
