Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant role located in Dallas, TX. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining general ledger accuracy, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing month-end and year-end closing processes. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, assisting with audits, and participating in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in accounting practices, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel)
- Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit preparation
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- International company experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus
The role is a hybrid schedule
Compensation is 100-125k
