What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of B2B sales experience within automotive manufacturing
- Direct experience in powertrain components is required
- Strong track record of selling into OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Proven success in new business development and revenue generation
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams
- Deep understanding of:
- Automotive sales cycles
- Quoting processes (RFQ/RFP)
- Customer relationship management within OEM environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
