We are partnering with a confidential global automotive manufacturing company to identify a Business Development / Sales professional for their team in the Romulus, Michigan area.
This organization is a leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier supporting traditional gasoline and diesel engines, as well as growing EV and hydrogen fuel cell technologies.
This role will focus on:
• New business development and revenue growth
• Building relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key automotive customers
• Researching market trends and competitor activity
• Creating presentations, proposals, and sales strategies
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Supporting emerging technologies in EV and hydrogen fuel cell sectors
Ideal candidates will have:
• Automotive industry experience
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with technical products or engineered components
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
