Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish/English Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily production activities, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across our manufacturing facility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Lead and manage daily production operations
- Direct supervision of ~60 production employees (including team leads/supervisors)
- Execute production schedules to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, waste reduction)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage labor planning, staffing, training, and performance management
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Leadership teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence
Skills
- Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) to manage production schedules, inventory, and operational workflows efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for tracking production metrics, analyzing trends, and generating reports to support decision-making.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate, supervise, and manage diverse teams on the factory floor.
- Skilled in resolving team conflicts and operational challenges to maintain smooth assembly line and production operations.
- Experience making timely decisions under pressure to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Strategic thinker capable of planning and executing operational improvements hands-on to optimize efficiency.
- Proven track record in coaching and developing team members to enhance skills, productivity, and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, operators, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear operational directives.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
