This full-time role involves working with diverse caseloads and collaborating closely with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and onsite facilitators to deliver targeted therapy services from ASAP through May 29, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student progress
- Provide services across a range of age groups within the school setting
- Supervise and coordinate efforts with SLPAs and onsite facilitators to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Virginia SLP license mandatory
- Experience working as an SLP in school environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
- Ability to manage various caseloads and work independently as well as part of a team
