Fulfillment Supervisor – Night Shift
Location: 4255 Patriot Dr, Ste 300, Grapevine, TX 76051
Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Full-time | Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed

About the Role
Productiv is looking for a motivated Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will help drive accuracy, productivity, safety, and teamwork while supporting a smooth end-to-end order process.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 20–40 associates in picking, packing, and material handling.
- Manage nightly fulfillment operations and ensure order accuracy.
- Train and coach employees to meet performance, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Monitor orders through the process flow of embroidery, gift wrapping, or customization, ensuring each step is completed accurately and on time.
- Track inventory using WMS, Excel, and RF scanners.
- Drive performance to meet productivity, quality, and safety KPIs.
- Promote safety, food-safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Support audits and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork across departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience overseeing order workflows that include embroidery, gift wrapping, or product customization is a plus.
- 2–3 years supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, Excel, and RF scanners.
- Proven leadership in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
- Experience supervising teams.
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience training employees and developing team skills.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand/walk for extended periods.
- Follow PPE, hygiene, and safety procedures.
