We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are shipped accurately, documentation is correct, and communication flows smoothly between operations, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels)
- Process outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers
- Enter and maintain shipment data in WMS / ERP systems
- Perform quality checks on orders prior to shipment
- Communicate shipping status, issues, or discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized shipping and audit records
- Assist with inventory reports and clerical tasks as needed
- Support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- 3PL or fulfillment center environment
- Creating or auditing BOLs and shipping labels
- Working with domestic carriers and freight shipments
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- 1 year experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse clerical role
- Experience with WMS, ERP, or shipping systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
