Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional growth strategy aligned with global strategy
- Manage full sales cycle: opportunity identification, quotation, negotiation, and contract (design win)
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Provide market intelligence on electrification trends, regulatory drivers, and competitors

Salary : $90,000 - $127,500
