EVERLAM is a global leader in PVB interlayers for laminated glass, serving the architectural, automotive, and specialty glass markets. As we expand our presence in North America, we are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the architectural glass segment.
Your Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
· Drive sales growth of PVB interlayers for architectural applications across the U.S. and Canada
· Build and strengthen relationships with glass processors, laminators, and glazing contractors
· Lead specification sales efforts with architects and façade consultants
· Identify and secure opportunities in commercial façade and high-performance glazing projects
· Manage key accounts and develop long-term partnerships
· Track and convert project pipelines from design to completion
· Represent EVERLAM at key industry events and trade shows

What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 5 years of architectural glass sales & marketing experience (glazier, glass processor, laminator, or flat glass manufacturer)
· Strong commercial and specification network in the U.S. and Canada
· Proven relationships with architects, façade consultants, glazing companies and glass fabricators / processors
· Solid understanding of laminated glass and PVB interlayers
· Experience with project-based, specification-driven sales
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing business
