Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Regional Sales Manager (Jr.) is responsible for driving revenue growth and building a robust funnel across North America for onboard power solutions. This role focuses on commercial vehicles, off-highway equipment, bus, specialty, and other industrial mobility platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional growth strategy aligned with global strategy
- Manage full sales cycle: opportunity identification, quotation, negotiation, and contract (design win)
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Provide market intelligence on electrification trends, regulatory drivers, and competitors
Skills
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in power electronics, electrification, automotive, commercial vehicle, or off-highway markets
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements
- Ability to engage both engineering and executive stakeholders
- Travel (approx. 30–50%)
