On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for an IT Business Delivery Lead - IT Infrastructure for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Dallas office.
IT Business Delivery Lead - IT Infrastructure - Job Description:
The IT Business Delivery Lead will act as the primary U.S. intake point for IT infrastructure requests, coordinating with global IT teams to streamline communication, eliminate duplication, and align priorities. The role involves assisting with coordination and support of day-to-day IT infrastructure activities for the U.S. region, including managing infrastructure requests and supporting audit and regulatory needs.
IT Business Delivery Lead - IT Infrastructure - Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary U.S. intake point for IT infrastructure requests, coordinating with global IT teams.
- Support U.S. infrastructure initiatives in partnership with global teams.
- Support U.S. service management for globally delivered IT services.
- Assist in the resolution of high severity incidents involving infrastructure dependencies.
- Coordinate clear, timely IT communications to business and technical stakeholders.
- Assist with IT audit inquiries by coordinating documentation and evidence collection.
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or service management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure domains: servers, networks, storage, data centers, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Proven ability to create and deliver clear executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint.
- Experience leading cross-functional remediation efforts.
- Experience managing audits and driving regulatory compliance initiatives.
This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.
