- Recruitment Leadership
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly.
- Strategic HR Partnership
- Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Onboarding Excellence
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee questions and assist with resolving issues.
- Performance & Engagement
- Support performance review processes and coach managers on feedback and goal-setting.
- Special Projects
- Lead HR initiatives such as engagement programs, DEI efforts, and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of HR experience, including strong recruiting expertise.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and proactive mindset.
- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
