The Deburr Technician is experienced in deburring and finishing parts for final product deliver, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing exceptional components.
Responsibilities
This role is part of the Production/Manufacturing Team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, located in our Mentor, Ohio office. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Including, but not limited to these functionalities:
The compensation range for this role is $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
This role is part of the Production/Manufacturing Team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, located in our Mentor, Ohio office. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Including, but not limited to these functionalities:
- Deburring and finishing of parts
- Conduct lot control and product identification
- Cleaning of High Purity parts
- Attend and participate in company required meetings and trainings
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations and ISO processes
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
- UKG
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information
- Basic blueprint and gage reading ability
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Requires working closely with production and engineering teams on-site.
