Own the mechanical reliability of our clients’ process equipment. From installation and alignment through preventive maintenance and repair, you’ll ensure uptime and safety—sometimes at our local sites, and sometimes on out‑of‑town projects when needed.

Your mission
Own the mechanical reliability of our clients’ process equipment. From installation and alignment through preventive maintenance and repair, you’ll ensure uptime and safety—sometimes at our local sites, and sometimes on out‑of‑town projects when needed.
What you’ll do
- Install, relocate, assemble, and align industrial machinery and process systems
- Service and repair valves, gearboxes, and other mechanical components
- Perform TIG, MIG, and arc welding to support fabrication and repair work
- Apply systematic, evidence‑based troubleshooting to diagnose issues and make decisions
- Collaborate effectively while also executing tasks independently
- Perform machine safety inspections and maintain strong personal/environmental safety standards
- Use PPE—including respirators and other protective equipment—whenever required
- 2–3 years of millwright or mechanical experience
- Solid understanding of industrial assembly and precision alignment techniques
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Readiness to travel to various sites during the work week as needed, and to work overtime when projects require it
- Physical capability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined or tiring positions; lift and position up to 50 lbs frequently
- CNC tooling knowledge; experience operating a CNC grinder
- Mechanical testing and troubleshooting aptitude
- OSHA 10‑hour certification
- Machine safety inspections and blueprint reading
