What you’ll need to succeed

• 2–3 years’ experience as a mechanical/millwright professional
• Proficiency in industrial machinery assembly and alignment; blueprint literacy
• Physical readiness: stand, bend, kneel, climb; work in tight or uncomfortable positions
• Able to frequently lift, carry, and stage components up to 50 lbs

• CNC tooling and CNC grinder familiarity
• Mechanical troubleshooting and testing
• OSHA 10‑hour certification
• Machine safety inspections
