Ideal Qualifications:
- Active or eligible SLP licensure in Connecticut
- ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based speech therapy
- Pediatric and healthcare SLP backgrounds highly valued
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability to meet students’ unique needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs for a pediatric caseload
- Work alongside special education staff, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation for student progress
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
- Commit to serving the entire school year
