Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bristol, Vermont

Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont SLP license
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous school-based experience is appreciated but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and tailored therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to students in both individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions with your professional insights
• Advocate for students’ needs while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
