Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Experience with pediatric caseloads, especially within school settings, preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students
• Develop and implement IEP goals and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and work closely with educational staff and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide advocacy for student needs
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
