Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience with pediatric caseloads, especially within school settings, preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students
- Develop and implement IEP goals and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and work closely with educational staff and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide advocacy for student needs
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
