Bring your passion for speech-language pathology to a highly rewarding, in-person contract role supporting students in early intervention and K-12 settings near New Oxford, Gettysburg, and York, PA. We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with CCC credentials to provide onsite services for the 2026-2027 school year.
Current opportunities:
- Two positions are available in the North Eastern School District, working 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, across Conewango and Mt. Wolf Elementary Schools. Each SLP will manage a caseload of 50-55 students, including both general education and autistic support populations, with some case management duties.
- One position focuses on Early Intervention for children ages 3-5 with special education needs, based in New Oxford/Gettysburg. This year-round role offers a consistent schedule and dedicated paperwork time each week.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP Certificate and Teaching Certificate required (must be submitted with your resume)
- SLP-CCC credentials; Clinical Fellows will be considered if the agency covers the required supervision fee
- Previous experience in school-based or early intervention SLP settings preferred
- SLPAs are not eligible for these roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy onsite for diverse student populations
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and support case management efforts as needed
- Participate actively in student progress monitoring and IEP meetings
