- Active SLP-CCC certification with demonstrated experience in school-based settings
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate
- Strong understanding of school speech-language services and IEP processes

- Reliable transportation and ability to manage a multi-location commute within Washington and Greene Counties
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school staff
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct, onsite speech-language pathology services to elementary students, managing a caseload of up to 50 learners
- Participating in mandatory training sessions in mid-August to prepare for the new school year
- Delivering therapy, assessments, and consultations to students according to their IEPs
- Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student success
- Maintaining detailed documentation and contributing to team meetings
- Traveling to multiple school locations as scheduled, ensuring consistent service delivery
Both roles are full-time, following a school calendar, with regular hours from 7:30 AM to 3 PM. You’ll begin with paid training in August, then work closely with students and school teams from the first day back in the classroom through early June, making a measurable difference every day.
