Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid PA SLP Educator Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in a school-based SLP position strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Comfortable working onsite with young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to approximately 38 elementary-age students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational planning
- Offer guidance to staff and families regarding students’ communication needs
Key Details:
- Contract position spanning from August 24, 2026, to January 4, 2027 (dates subject to change)
- Work three days per week onsite: 8:15 AM – 3:40 PM
