School Speech and Language Pathologist | Lone Tree, Colorado

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school settings, located in Lone Tree, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work with students ranging from Kindergarten through 8th grade, with a caseload of approximately 40 students, primarily focused on elementary levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification/license appropriate for school settings.
• Experience working with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students.

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Non-School Year (NSY) term.
• Based in Lone Tree, Colorado.
