School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Brighton, Colorado

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, providing services to K-12 students across several school buildings in the district. This contractual role involves a 40-hour workweek, offering a dynamic opportunity to deliver direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and actively participate in IEP team meetings.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of speech-only students, providing individualized therapy sessions, completing comprehensive evaluations, and fulfilling case management duties. The role demands collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective IEP plans tailored to each student's needs.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (SLP-CCC preferred)
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and evaluation protocols
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Organizational skills for caseload and case management
